Warranty Information by Manufacturer

All the manufacturers that we have chosen offer exceptional warranties with great response times. To file a warranty claim contact us with your customer information, date of purchase, product ordered and a description of the damaged area. We will process an order for the delivery of replacement parts. Some cases may require that parts are inspected. For this reason we ask that you keep all parts including damaged parts. The buyer may be responsible for shipping charges on select products. See below for specific manufacturer details. |

Claridge Products |
- Claridge porcelain enamel steel markerboard and chalkboard writing surfaces are guaranteed for the life of the Building.
- All other products are guaranteed against defects and material workmanship for 1 year.

Eurotech Seating |
- Eurotech warrants to the original purchaser all components for the life of the product with the exception of upholstery and foam, which will be warranted for five years.
- Eurotech warrants to the original purchaser that all parts will be free from material defects. Eurotech will repair or replace, at its option, any unaltered components.
- Customer's own material is NOT warranted.
- Warranty is limited to a forty hour work week, 250lb. weight limit.
- The warranty is limited to replacement of repair and does not cover cost of transportation and labor. There are no other warranties expressed or implied other than those specifically described.
- Eurotech shall NOT be liable for consequential or incidental damage arising from any product defect.

K & A Manufacturing - RightAngle Poducts |
- All Right Angle Ergonomic Products are warranted to be free of defects due to manufacturing or materials for a period of five years from shipment date. We will replace any defective part after being properly inspected. Cost incurred due to product replacement such as installation, labor charges or transportation are not covered under this warranty.
- All Right Angle office chairs are warranted to be free of defects due to manufacturing or material defects for the life of the chair. All upholstery will be warranted to be free of defects for a period of 5 years from shipment date. The warranty is valid for an individual less than 250 lbs. and working a standard 40 hour work week.
- All R-Style and New Heights products are warranted to be free of defects due to manufacturing or materials for a period of five years from shipment date (exception: New Heights lifting columns are warranted for a period of two years). We will replace any defective part after being properly inspected. Costs incurred due to products replacement such as installation, labor charges or transportation are not covered under this warranty.

KFI Seating |
- All KFI chair frames and table bases are warranted against defects for (10) years from date of original purchase. KFI guarantees all products to be free from defects in original material and workmanship for a period of (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is void if product is not used for its intended purpose or subjected to an unusual application, abuse or normal wear and tear. Variations in color or texture of material are not considered defects.
- This warranty is valid to any purchaser of KFI chairs. In the event of a claim, the purchaser may be required to show validity of claim by furnishing a copy of the original invoice for the product in question.
- The KFI Service Department must issue a return authorization. The purchaser may then return the product to KFI, freight prepaid. Upon receipt and investigation of claim, if KFI agrees with the claim, we will without further cost to purchaser, repair or replace, at KFI’s option, the appropriate defective part.
- The KFI 1000 Series and 2000 Series chairs are warranted against frame defects for the life of the chair. This warranty is void if chair is not used for its intended purpose or subjected to unusual application or abuse.

Office Star Products |
- Space and Proline II chairs are warranted from the date of purchase against failure due to material and workmanship as follows: lifetime on component parts including pneumatic cylinder, control mechanism, base and casters, 3 years on upholstery fabric and foam against wear and deterioration, leather is not warranted against routine scratching and scuffing as leather is subject to minor blemishes in use. All warranties are limited to the purchaser for the normal commercial usage defined as a standard forty hour work week by persons weighing 250 lbs. or less. The OS-7102, OS-7105 and OS-7200 are for persons weighing 350 lbs. or less. This warranty will not cover labor, freight or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of Office Star Products. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. When usage is more than 40 hours per week, a 5 year warranty on all parts applies. Fabric is warranted for one year. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. All Proline II and Space chairs meet or exceed ANSI BIFMA standards.
- OSP Furniture Reception Series are warranted from date of purchase against failure due to material and workmanship as follows: 5 years on structural integrity of frame, 3 years on upholstery fabric against wear and deterioration (except leather), leather is not warranted against routine scratching and scuffing, as leather is subject to minor blemishes in use. All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal commercial usage as defined as a standard forty hour work week by persons weighing 250 lbs. or less. When usage is more than 40 hours per week, a two year warranty on all parts applies. Fabric is warranted for one year. This warranty gives you specific leagal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary form state to state.
- Work Smart chairs are warrante from the date of purchase against failure due to mechanical and workmanship as follows: 15 years on all non-moving metal parts, 5 years on component parts including control mechanisms, pneumatic cylinders, wood, plastic parts, base and casters, 3 years on upholstery fabric and foam against wear and deterioration, leather is not warranted against routine scratching and scuffing, as leather is subject to minor blemishes in use. All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal commercial usage as defined as a standard forty hour work week by persons weighing 250 lbs. or less. When usage is more than 40 hours per week, a two year warranty on all parts applies. Fabric is warranted for one year. This warranty gives you specific leagal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary form state to state. All Work Smart chairs meet or exceed ANSI BIFMA standards.
