All orders placed before 1:00pm CST will be processed the same business day. All orders placed after 1:00pm will be processed the following business day. Most orders will ship via UPS Ground or FedEx. Larger orders will be shipped via freight and may require a loading dock. If a loading dock is not available, additional charges may be incurred. We will inform you of the tracking information after the item has shipped via email address you provide at checkout.
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will send out a replacement part or products at our discretion for no charge. If your product arrives damaged via UPS or FedEx Ground, accept the shipment and notify us within 48 hours. We will send out the necessary parts or a replacement product. If your product arrives damaged via freight, then make note of it on the bill of lading and refuse the shipment or the pieces that were damaged. The truck driver is obligated to wait while you inspect your shipment. If a shipment is signed for and concealed damage is found you must notify us within 48 hours.
"Free Shipping" - All items marked with "free shipping" are for dock to dock delivery or curbside drop-off. Lift gate service or inside delivery will require additional charges. All products will ship in the timeframe listed in their description if they are "in-stock" at the time of order placement. Shipping timeframes for items on backorder do not apply. If you order an item that is on backorder, you will be notified as soon as the manufacturer makes us aware.

All stocked items are shipped within 72 hours of order placement. Ship dates for all custom orders and non-stocked items will be provided within 72 hours of ordering.

K & A Manufacturing - RightAngle Poducts
RightAngle has a quick-ship lead time of 1 - 3 days on all orders of 50 systems or less.
Orders of 51 or more systems require a 2-3 week lead time. Custom product orders are not included in the quick ship program.
R-Style products have a quick-ship lead-time of 1-3 days on all orders of 25 systems or less.
Orders of 26 or more systems require 3-4 week lead time. Custom or special order products are not included in the quick-ship program and have a lead time of 4-6 weeks.
