Limited Lifetime Warranty:
OSP Furniture includes office casegoods, coordinated wood seating and reception seating tables manufactured for quality and durability. These products are warranted from the original purchase date and to the original purchaser for normal commercial usage-defined as a standard forty-hour work week and by persons weighing 250 lbs. or less – according to the below –listed schedule and limitations.
Casegoods
- 10 years against failure due to materials and workmanship
- Laminate finishes are covered for a period of 5 years
- Veneer finishes are covered for a period of 3 years
- Electrical components are not covered by this warranty
Reception Tables
- 5 years structural integrity
- 3 years on wood finishes
Reception & Wood Guest Seating
- 5 years structural integrity of frame
- 3 years on seating wood finishes
- 3 years on upholstery fabric against wear and deterioration (except leather)
- Leather is not warranted against routine scratching and scuffing, as leather is subject to minor blemishes in use. Minor variations in color, texture and grain are a natural part of leather hides, and therefore, are not covered by this warranty.
Grain, Color and Finishes
Variation of grain and color are natural, inherent characteristics of wood, a living material. This variation is part of the beauty of real wood and anticipated in wood veneer furnishings. Therefore, OPS furniture is not warranted to match in grain or color texture. It is a natural phenomenon for wood grain to change in color as it ages, and wood finishes are not warranted for color fastness.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty will not cover labor, freight, or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, assembly, installation, attachments, accident, vandalism, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of Office Star Products. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damage is excluded. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from this product
Shipping Information
Shipping Instructions
This item includes free shipping in the contiguous United States. Most orders will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. Orders for large items or multiple item orders will ship via freight carriers such as Roadway, Road Runner, and FedEx Freight.
Freight Delivery Instructions
When the items are delivered it is the customer's responsibility to inspect all cartons and items to make sure that there is no visible damage or missing packages. If there is damage or missing packages, make sure to note it on the delivery receipt or bill of lading. If this is not noted on the bill of lading the cost to replace damaged items will be the customers responsiblity. Make sure to retain a copy for your records as well. Please contact us immediately at 866-733-0698 so that we can arrange for replacements to be sent out.
Shipping Glossary
- Loading dock - This service is available to companies that have a loading dock at their facility. This service is free!
- Curbside - The items will be brought to the closest curb and the customer will be responsible for unloading the items from the back of the freight truck. This service is free!
- Lift gate - The driver will unload the items from the back of the truck for you but you will be responsible for bringing them into the location.
- Residential freight - This service is available to residential (home) deliveries. The items will be delivered by a freight truck. The items will be brought down from the back of the truck for you but you will be responsible for bringing the items into the residence.
- Inside delivery - Will only be dropped off inside the threshold of the front door.
