We offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with any of our products. All returned products must be returned unassembled with all parts. The item must also be returned in the original packaging and in sellable condition.  Shipping charges for returned items will be paid for by the buyer and a restocking fee may be applied as follows: Eurotech chairs will be charged a 15% restocking fee, RightAngle and R-Style Products will be charged a 20% restocking fee, Office Star Products will be charged a 20% restocking fee and Claridge Products will be charged a 40% restocking fee. All returns must be approved and a Return Authorization Number must be obtained from a customer service representative. After the product has been returned and properly inspected, a refund will be issued. If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will send out a replacement part or products at our discretion for no charge. If your product arrives damaged via UPS or FedEx Ground, accept the shipment and notify us within 48 hours. We will send out the necessary parts or a replacement product. If your product arrives damaged via freight, then make note of it on the bill of lading and refuse the shipment or the pieces that were damaged. The truck driver is obligated to wait while you inspect your shipment. If a shipment is signed for and concealed damage is found you must notify us within 48 hours.
